Use an actor!
If you wish, an actor can participate in the training. The actor is a young, ambitious and talented actor, who has appeared in several theater pieces and also played in the National Reisopera. An actor can be of added value in the training because he is objective. Nobody knows this person and your employees will therefore quickly enter the practical simulation seriously. The actor can play different guests, so that each simulation gives new insights to your employees. They can directly put into practice what they already learned while working with the actor. Of course, we evaluate together with the actor and the participants. This will mainly concern attitude and behavior.
